Maintains a work order system, preventative maintenance program, and maintains inventory of supplies and equipment. Being able to keep the communication lines open between the Site and Property Manager.

- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair/maintenance.
- Administrative tasks include supervision of maintenance technicians and janitors.
