Job Description

This job consists of painting for buildings, apartments units, and light fixtures with a brush, roller, or a spray gun. The work involves individual skilled performance in accordance with standard trade practices.

Skills and competencies

• Knowledge in the field for more than 2 years
• Knowledge of using spray painting equipment conventional and airless
• Teamwork – ability to work in a team environment with minimum of supervision.
• Shares information and works well with others.

Working conditions

• Physical effort: Carrying supplies, reaching, bending, stretching, and climbing. Heavy lifting required for paint pails.
• Physical environments: Various temperature, exposures to fumes, chemicals, and solvents, dirt and dust. Working on ladders and scaffolding
• Sensory attention: Mixing paint
